At Paint Layers we understand that painting and decorating inevitably impacts on the environment and as a responsible company we take an innovative approach to reducing this impact.
Our cleaning processes utilise "filtered grey water" for water soluble paints and residual paint it is left to hardened and disposed of at a local recycling centre. Paint cans are also taken for recycling. All our paint brushes use timber from certified sustainable forests, complying with stringent international standards.
Our buildings are energy efficient and none of our office technology stays on standby when it's not being used. Even the paper on which we bill you is recycled!
We encourage customers to make an environmentally friendly choice of paint materials and any paint they have we will gladly take off their hands and recycle in local projects or dispose of properly.
All these steps contribute to fulfilling our environmental objectives which all have a direct and positive effect on reducing the impact our activities have on the natural environment and shrinking our carbon footprint.
